The main focus of this full architectural renovation was to connect the existing house visually and physically to the surrounding three acre property. Initially, we re-configured and re-scaled spaces and openings to appropriately connect to each other and to outdoor decks and gardens. For the exterior we focused on material upgrades such as Cedar siding, roofing, Ipe Decking, Bluestone terraces, music and lighting systems. For family function and fun we created a full basement program with full gym, recreation zone, media zone, and work-shop. “Before and After” photos (soon to be uploaded) reveal dramatic transformations.
